Refund Policy

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To request a return, email privacity.calmsmille@gmail.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return. Returns are activated only after you submit your claim and we confirm acceptance. If your return is accepted, we will inform you whether a carrier will collect the package from your location or provide you with the return address and a return shipping label together with packing/shipping instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Spain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, customized items), and some personal care goods (e.g., beauty products or oral care devices such as u-shaped electric toothbrushes) once opened or used. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about your item, contact us at privacity.calmsmille@gmail.com  before sending anything back.

 

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. To exercise this right, email privacity.calmsmille@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and follow the return instructions we provide (collection by a carrier or return address and label).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
